Incredible WLAN User Experiences is a new micro course from WiFiTraining and principal instructor Chris Avants @RockstarWiFi on essential skills needed to ensure users and their devices have a great experience on corporate and enterprise WLAN networks.
These are skills anyone working with Wi-Fi in business environments, corporate, and enterprise environments should understand and implement if they are not doing so already. I hope to solve many "seemingly intermittent" Wi-Fi issues which plague many enterprise networks and cause constant help-desk tickets of bad Wi-Fi.
The goal is to keep the course agostic in theory. The recommendations regarding controller settings will be explained around Cisco AireOS controllers, and Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN controllers, however, the same theory applies to any WLAN Vendor supporting commercial/enterprise environments.
